The pools were a real highlight, clean with plenty of space for everyone. i especially enjoyed the convenience of nearby shops. Everything i needed was within easy reach. (i got some great souvenirs!). the location made exploring simple.
the walk to my building felt long, especially at night.

The hotel was huge and excellent upon arrival! My room had a great view of a pool and the lake. Maid service was available daily if you put the sign outside your door (so convenient!).
Some slides were closed.

The breakfast was varied, offering many options, especially the tasty pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant staff kept the area clean and well-stocked. The all-inclusive option also included local alcoholic beverages from 10:00 to 23:30.

The One-Bedroom Apartment Beautiful had comfortable beds and nice views from higher floors (ask for a higher floor!). My room had a spacious layout including a dining table and chairs. lots of storage. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool all day.

This resort includes many pools for adults and kids! The animation team, especially Luciana and Sanne, was amazing and very kind. Plenty of parking spaces were available within the resort.

The hotel is well situated near shops and a beautiful beach. Reaching many great spots with a car was easy. There is a beach about 5 minutes away walking distance, and the area includes a lake plus lots of mountains.

i visited with my family, and it was amazing! the waterpark was great. my kids loved it and had a ball. rooms were tastefully modernised and everything was crisp and clean. all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. the food was very good and lots of it!!!
we stayed here and honestly, it was the worst holiday we've ever had. the whole place is run down and completely mismanaged. rooms were cleaned only every 3 days. the experience was very bad. we ended up going to local bars and ate off site every night because the experience was so bad.

dirty floorshigh noise
The rooms werent that clean. floors werent swept. i think it need a refurbishing, even it had been refurbished in 2020. the noise level were too high. People run in corridors and shouting at 2 in the morning. it was very frustrating
